A Key for Static Coding of Greater Than Standing Position in Frozen Video Frames

Please read the following messages carefully.

The body posture you have chosen is GREATER THAN STANDING which is defined below:

GREATER THAN STANDING

When the front legs of the wolf are raised off the ground and the wolf is higher than normal body height, as in mounting, clasping, many forms of standing over, and rearing up. See also MOUNTING.

It is critical at this stage in your coding session to determine the correct body posture of the wolf since the content of all subsequent keys is dependent upon this body posture. Therefore, if you are unsure of your initial decision after reviewing the above definition, please click here to return to the list of possible static body postures where you may choose another posture.

However, if you are satisfied with your first choice, please continue here.

Also, remember that it is important throughout your coding session to use the links that connect terms to the glossary whenever you need to check a definition. This will ensure that you are making the correct choices.

N.B. If your ability to observe any posture is confounded by the wolf's movement (e.g. Tail Position/Shape is influenced by tail wagging), you may summarize the postures over a series of 10 frames (i.e. WIDTH = 10 frames) to determine the likely posture of the wolf. This technique is also known as the Surround Function.
